How To Get Kids To Eat Healthier?
What I found, during the years that I was the owner of a small private school, was that kids would eat what they grew.....even vegetables! You can easily grow a small garden plot which has some interesting veggies in it (well, maybe it's not so easy but it's certainly worth it to hook them on healthy eating!).
