Back Exercises Which Also Strengthen the Glutes
Strengthen
your glutes with the hip raise. Lie face up with your knees bent and feet flat
on the floor. Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and raise your hips so your
body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for 5
seconds, squeezing your glutes the entire time, then lower back to start.
Repeat 10 times.
