Just Take Baby Steps!
Researchers
at the University of Pittsburgh studied 56 overweight, sedentary women for 20
weeks. They found the group who performed multiple 10 minute sessions of
exercise throughout the day were able to stick with the program and lost more
weight than those who exercised 30 to 40 minutes at one time three times
weekly.
