To improve the appearance of your skin, eat a diet rich in antioxidants. Vitamin C is important for collagen production and decreases bruising. Vitamin E provides essential oils that moisturize the skin and keep it looking smooth and supple.
I did a "raw" vegan fast for most of August and many people commented on the fact that my skin looked really good. Something to think about.
