"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"
To stretch your calves and Achilles tendons, stand at
arm's length from a wall, facing it.
Place your right foot behind your left, with both heels
flat on the floor. Lean into the wall,
slightly bending your knees until you feel the stretch in the back of your
heels and calves, especially in your right leg.
Switch feet and repeat.
