"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"
Create your own natural fragrant potpourri.
Place 4 cups of dried flower petals in a brown paper bag. Add 1 tablespoon each of orange peels, ground cloves, allspice, cinnamon, rosemary, and crushed bay leaves. Add 3 tablespoons of powdered orrisroot and several drops of your favorite essential oils. Tie up the bag and shake it every few days for three weeks.
