Flax Seed Benefits!

Flaxseed offers many nutritional benefits; it is high in antioxidants and Omega 3 fatty acids. Flaxseed is also high in ligans, which have been reported to have anti-tumor properties.

I put flax seed into my morning blender drink every single day.
