An easy way to prepare acorn squash is
to slice it in half and scoop out the
seeds. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil
and 1 tablespoon of orange juice into
the well of each half. Sprinkle with
cracked pepper, cover and bake 350
degrees for about one hour until soft.

In order to add steps and help you get to that elusive 10,000 steps per day, be sure to walk while talking on the phone. Walking while talking for one hour is about the same as walking 1.5 miles (because you don't walk as quickly as you would if you were racewalking).
