Be a Sneaky Cook! Increase the Veggies in Your Children's Diet!

To increase the veggies in your children's diet, you can add them to some of their favorite foods such as:
add steamed pureed turnips to mashed potatoes; steamed, pureed carrots and tomatoes to pizza sauce; finely chopped and cooked tomatoes and bell peppers to ground beef.
