Do You Affirm Yourself and How You Want to Be?

Saying affirmations is one way to create positive expectations. An affirmation is a strong, positive statement written in the present tense. Examples are:
"I am fit and healthy" or "My life is filled with peace and joy".

Your subconscious brain does not know the difference between affirmations and reality so putting it into present tense helps you to become what you affirm!
