Avoid Canned Foods with High Sodium Content!

Canned food; especially beans and soups, are often high in sodium. To reduce sodium intake, select no-added salt items or if unable to find no-added salt options, rinse well before using canned products.

Or, eat raw fruits and veggies which have no sodium!
