Health Tip of the Day
"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"
A simple tasty way to prepare sweet potatoes is to peel and slice them into strips, spread them on a baking sheet, lightly spray with canola oil or olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
A variation is to do the same thing but leave off the pepper and cinnamon and substitute rosemary. The smell is magnificent! And the taste is incredible!
