Stress ages you very quickly. Learning relaxing techniques can help you be healthier.

A quick relaxation technique is to breathe in and shrug your shoulders lifting them towards your ears and then as you breathe out, completely relaxing all the muscles from your neck to your shoulders, across your upper chest and upper back and say Ahhhh.
