Omega 3's & Alzheimer's
Omega 3's are important for a healthy brain. Get your Omega 3's from Univera's MetaPower and other Univera products! "Given that the brain is 60% fat and given the wealth of research on the value of omega-3 fatty acids in the brain (and beyond)," Alan C. Logan, ND, FRSH, recommends fish oil supplements (like MetaPower). Not only does the DHA in fish oil help prevent brain cell damage in aimal studies, but it also appears to slow mental damage in Alzheimer's.
