How to Keep Health Goals?

A good way to keep your health goals is to write them down and post them where you will see them frequently (bathroom mirror, refrigerator door, etc.)

Another good way is to make REALISTIC health goals! Losing 50 pounds for your high school reunion that's happening in 2 weeks is not realistic. And, when you fail it's very discouraging and you give up, sometimes even gaining weight!
