Saturated Fats, Hydrogenated Fats, Trans Fats--NO NO!

Saturated fats found in butter, palm kernel oil, peanut oil and lard have been found to elevate triglycerides and cholesterol. They also have been linked to increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke. It is best to avoid saturated fats in your diet and that of your children.
