Causes of Alzheimer's

Part of the problem of Alzheimer's seems to be genetic. Another issues is blood pressure, high blood pressure harms the brain by stopping oxygen from entering the brain. But much can be attributed to choices made by the person.
Every excess pound a person is overweight, translates into the brain shrinking a bit in the decision making and memory areas of the brain. In fact, obese people experience 8% more brain tissue loss than normal. Overweight people have 4% less brain tissue compared tonormal weight individuals.
