Exercise Your Eyes for Healthy Eye Muscles!

Eye muscles can weaken over time. To strengthen your eye muscles, hold your arm with your thumb pointed straight up and in front of your eyes. Look over your thumb to a distant object, and after 20 seconds look back at your thumb. Repeat this exercise several times a day.
