Soup....Simple and Healthy!

Health Tip of the Day
"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

To create a healthy simple soup, blend 1 avocado, 1 cucumber, 4 tablespoons dill weed, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and -teaspoon sea salt in a blender until smooth and creamy.
