Yummy Hummus!

Health Tip of the Day
"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

To make fresh hummus, blend cup fresh lemon juice, 2 cups chickpeas, cup tahini, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest and teaspoon sea salt.
