Do You Get 7 to 9 Hours of Quality Sleep Every Night? Read This!

Adults require 7 to 9 hours of continuous sleep. If you cannot wake up without an alarm clock that is a good sign you are sleep deprived.

And, if you have sleep apnea as I do, you won't get that "continuous sleep" without a CPAP machine!
