Hydrogenated fats are a no no!

Avoid hydrogenated oil; this is a man-made oil that
contains Trans fats. These fats bind to a spot on
your cells that will block your metabolism, slows fat
burning, increases cholesterol and leads to insulin
resistance or trouble regulating blood sugar.
