If you spend a lot of time sitting in
front of a computer, consider investing in a good chair. Your computer chair should provide support to your lower back.
It is also helpful if the chair can be adjusted to your optimum height.

Another idea: arrange your office so that you can stand in front of your computer instead of sitting. This is better for your back and you can move around more, thus using more calories.
