How to Deep Breathe!

Deep breathing has many health benefits. However, it is something that many people are not in the habit of doing. A simple deep breathing technique is to inhale deeply drawing air into your abdomen, then slowly exhale. Do this for a few minutes a day to reduce stress and increase the oxygenation of your cells.
