Spinach Smoothie! YUM!

For a nutritious and quick smoothie: blend
1 bunch of spinach with 1 banana, 2 cups of frozen berries and 1 cup of pure water.
An alternative to the spinach is to use Univera's Metagreens. One tablespoon of Metagreens is equivalent to 5 plates of deep greens from land and sea. Just give me a call if you want to order Metagreens. 253 241-5151
