Deep Greens...;.sigh....yes, they are GOOD for you and your eyes!

Good sources of Lutein are deep green-leafy
vegetables and kiwifruit. Lutein is important for eye health.

To get the equivalent of FIVE plates of spinach and other leafy greens from land and sea, just add 1 tablespoon of MetaGreens to your morning or afternoon blender drink. I distribute Metagreens so just email me for more information!
