Live Longer.....Be Optimistic

Health Tip of the Day
"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

Studies have shown that being optimistic can add as much as 7 years to your life. To train yourself to focus on the positive, create a daily list of things that made you happy or you are grateful for each night.

The Bible says "take every thought captive". The way to do that is to rebuke negative thoughts, send the to the feet of Jesus and replace them IMMEDIATELY with positive ones.
