Healthy Side Dish Recipe! And, It's Yummy too!

To create a healthy side dish, fill a baking dish with a variety of fresh vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, onion, Brussels sprouts and carrots. Drizzle the vegetables with a little extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and roast at 450 degrees, stirring frequently until browned.
