Fresh parsley is a flavorful way to add significant amounts of trace elements such as copper, magnesium, molybdenum and zinc to your soups, stews, sauces, vegetables and salads

To get your kids to eat it: Just grind it up really small and hide it in the salad or the salad dressing.
