What's Best When Selecting Fruits & Vegetables?

Fresh is best, when selecting fruits and vegetables. If fresh is not available, then frozen is second best. Canned fruit and vegetables have the lowest level of nutrients.

And, of course, be sure that you use organic fruits and vegetables so that your body doesn't have to get rid of those toxic pesticides!
