"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

A recipe for a quick, easy and nutritious broccoli salad: combine tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon agave nectar, 1 tablespoon olive oil; pour over 2 shredded carrots, 1 shredded broccoli stalk and 1 shredded zucchini; season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste; mix well; chill and serve.
