MOVE!

Any activity that gets your heart rate up and moves your muscles qualifies as physical activity. Some ideas to live a more active lifestyle are gardening, cleaning your home, washing your car by hand, skating, walking briskly or bouncing on a mini trampoline.

So, when watching TV: get out your mini trampoline and run on it instead of sitting down! This will help your ADHD child also!!!
