Healthy and Homemade Vinaigrette!

"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

For a quick and easy homemade balsamic vinaigrette:
combine cups extra virgin olive oil, cup balsamic vinegar,
1 clove garlic crushed, teaspoon dried oregano, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste and shake well until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
