Be Proactive at Your Checkups!

When going for medical check-ups, be pro-active.  Bring a list of all medications including over-the-counter and prescription and any herbal or vitamin supplements, a notebook with questions for your physician and consider bringing a friend or family member to help you remember what was said during your appointment.
