Monunsaturated Fats are Healthier Than Trans Fats

 As opposed to trans fats, monunsaturated fats are healthier. 

Sources of monounsaturated fats are almonds, avocados, canola oil, cashews, macadamia nuts, olive oil, peanut oil, peanuts, pecans, pistachios and sesame oil.
