When reading labels, sugar comes in many names such as beet and cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, evaporated cane juice, fructose, glucose or dextrose, grape juice concentrate, honey, maple syrup, molasses, orange juice concentrate, raw sugar, table sugar, confectioner's sugar, agave syrup or nectar, apple juice concentrate or brown sugar.
